Carmen Guerrero Design Studio
Perez Residence
This project is an addition and renovation to an existing 2,000 square feet ranch-style house on an acre-lot in Pinecrest. The design provides an additional 2,000 square feet of social areas for a growing family as well as a porte cochere on the front façade. The addition includes a grand living area which opens up to a terrace and lap pool, an entrance vestibule to the new pool bathroom and a bathroom for the guest room. In addition a covered pavilion is sited perpendicular to the pool with a full-service kitchen and bar.
