Opaciuch Residence
This project is an addition to a 3,600 square feet ranch-style house. To accommodate for a growing family, the design provides more space for the existing family room, an open kitchen and a second storey over the existing master bedroom suite with a stair tower inserted in the existing study. A veranda wraps around the second story volume overlooking the renovated pool and deck.
