Ocaquatics Swim School
The owner of an established children’s swimming school in Coral Gables acquires a small residence sited on a large property in the Kendall area. The project proposes a design for a single story 5,000 square feet children’s swimming school on this property. The design creates a landscaped buffer between the private residence and the area of the school in addition to a separate vehicular entrance. The enclosed spaces such as, entry, manager’s office, parent viewing area, bathrooms and mechanical room are all contained within a rectangular 50’ x 100’ envelope. These spaces create a L-shaped zone around the swimming pool and deck.
