This award winning project is a complete build out for a 2,586 square feet office space for an accounting and investment firm in Coral Gables. Located in a corner space of the 500 South Dixie Highway building the program combines open work areas, enclosed offices, break room, sitting area and server/file room with exhibition space for the client’s art collection, Steel sculptures and paintings are displayed in a gallery atmosphere. An open space plan was used to allow natural light to filter into the center of the space through the perimeter windows. The specification of a variety of LEED certified products such as fabric air ducts, recycled flooring, recyclable furniture produce an eco-friendly work environment with minimal waste.

The project received the 2008 City Beautiful Award for Most Outstanding Interior space given by the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce.
