Carmen Guerrero Design Studio
Jones Residence
The project is an addition to a 2,757 square feet 1930’s bungalow. The original structure has gone through several additions which have altered the original character of the bungalow. Three different schemes were designed to create a master bedroom suite, guest quarters and renovation of the existing pool and pavilion. The schemes focus on restoring the simplicity of the bungalow type while adding living spaces for a large family.
