Goodman Residence
This residential project is an addition and renovation to an existing 1,349 square feet house originally designed by H. George Fink in 1953. The design proposes an additional 1,235 square feet of interior space, creating a u-shaped plan around an open courtyard. The courtyard is contained by a new master bedroom suite on the south side and a new family room on the north. A covered porch is added to the façade as an entrance piece and gathering space.
