Faillace Residence
This project is a complete interior renovation of a 1200 sq.ft. condominium in the Imperial Building on Brickell Avenue. The design alters the existing space by opening up the floor plan leaving only the master bedroom and bath enclosed. The remaining living spaces such as, kitchen, dining, study are connected and open to the Atlantic Ocean views. The interior displays the client’s unique collection of lighting, art and sculpture.
